It's no secret that I love a good book, actually I would call my bedtime reading ritual one of the top highlights of my everyday life - that daily visit to someone else's life. I've recently discovered a fantastic online library like book site called Good Reads. Create shelves in your library by subject or genre (memoir, nature, science, self help, fiction ...) & for books read & books you want to read. Once you've rated 20 books (with a star system) the site will recommend books for you based on your books read shelf. I love it ! Watch soon for my blog book/reading list to vanish & my Oliver on stack of books icon will lead you to my own good reads library.

Finished State of Wonder by Ann Patchett - LOVED it - I think it would make a great movie. I'm currently reading Maine by J. Courtney Sullivan ... just started it but so far so good ;-)

Working this week on my 2012 calendars - a mini owl wall calendar & 2 wall poster calendars.

    you are my "genine" grherhahaha. how, HOW do you do it all. It took me all day yesterday to so just basic chores. I am a championship time killer. You inspire - and futura rock. clean san-serif. thats what I am tawkin bout.

    I LOVE Goodreads, I use it as a record of what I've read, and all the books I want to read throughout the year. It's fun to look back on what you've read too.
    I enjoyed State of Wonder, though I thought it was more of a thriller when I started it.
    Looking forward to seeing the calendars.

    Ah, Futura.... What doesn't it make better? My current infatuation is Aksidenz Grotesk (sp?) - the grandfather of Helvetica. All the coolness and none of the coldness!

    btw i didnt want to write it on the pin of the the birds but what IS it with the triangle clouds? theyve taken over etsy. its the new mustache.
