Inspiration may be a form of superconsciousness
or perhaps of subconsciousness–I wouldn't know.
But I am sure it is the antithesis of self-consciousness

How much do I love that you used your beloved coffee to color this beautiful piece. A TON!
ReplyDeletethanks xoxo
ReplyDeleteLovely strong reds - my colour de jour!
ReplyDeleteThat makes sense - I see my children creating willy-nilly with no regard for whether or not it's "good" - they just keep creating. Boxes and boxes of the stuff. LOL I wonder when we lose the capacity to do that and censor ourselves so much?
ReplyDeleteAlso a fan of the coffee stain, my coffee stains are usually unintentional and call for stain removal rather than collage...
me too Rachel - my favourite colour by far. MS have been meaning to thank you for introducing me to "tarotscopes" xo les Gang

ReplyDeleteHope is indeed always there. It's a sad day indeed when it's not. A beautiful piece of work Susan.
ReplyDeleteOoo I love this piece.
ReplyDeleteI wish you could grind up the shells of mussels and paint with that blue color. I mean, no offense to coffee, but seriously that blue is fierce.
ReplyDeleteShammy Sham ... I'm on a roll here please to not divert xoxo I gotta run with the coffee for awhile but I promise for you mussel blue background with some seaside imagery. Promise.
ReplyDeleteOh gosh, did not mean to divert you at all. Just me musing out loud on a done post. Please by all means, continue with coffee.
ReplyDeleteSO beautiful...
ReplyDeleteI am loving these...
