    congratulations!

    punishing yourself for past mistakes is pointless and harsh on your psyche. its hard not to do though. I love all the quotes -all of them good medicine.

    Home for lunch this rainy day (it's about a 4 minute walk from home to the post office). I'm LOVin' the job, it entails plus de detailey stuff, but my over eager, over achieving perfectionist spirit feels right at home. Plus I'm crazy about the 2 women I work with - we've been great friends for years. Plus there's stamps!!

    & Chickory, merci - why is it punishing oneself can feel like such a favourite past time Stop it!!
