That darn Prince spent the whole of yesterday out in our backyard forest with his assortment of pruners, clippers and various saws (including a chain saw) lovingly limbing, trimming and cutting trees. Sigh. Today he will load up the black '97 Ford Ranger pick up truck with load after load of yard debris, taking each well packed truck load to the yard debris depot. More sighing.
Madam Invincible arrived out of nowhere a day or so ago, who knows how long she'll stay, who cares - we just love having her around. Things are great I'm gradually making a salary again (phew!) things are exciting, new plans, new goals + dreams. Those good things ...
just keep on a comin'. Hooray !
Started a great new book last night, can't wait to get back to it (bedtime) - Easter Island by Jennifer Vanderbes after recently reading & enjoying her second book Strangers at the Feast.
I LOVE this song, always have. I can't believe it's 44 years old. Yikes. We've been pruning too...spring is always an exciting time.
