weekend scenes from this beautiful summer life

Then followed that beautiful season ... Summer ...
Filled was the air with a dreamy magical light; and the landscape
Lay as if new created in all the freshness of childhood.

Henry Wadsworth Longfellow

I love taking photographs. I carry my camera with me always. I love photography.

Photography, taking pictures, finding images, looking & seeing all of the beautiful things, all around me always and everywhere ... it makes my heart race and dance. Sometimes it feels uncomfortable this desire of mine, it's so incredibly strong. It takes over me, I can't stop.
I guess this is what passion feels like.

  5. I absolutely LOVE "Mad World" by Gary Jules. I have to admit that I have grown to like Adam Lambert's American Idol version a bit more, though. He's a lot like me. I like to add just a tad of my own style to the songs I sing/perform....which....I got to do this past Saturday. I was basically the evening entertainment for a really nice locale hotel. Hee hee :D

Anyway, I can tell your love photography has grown and continues to. It is reflected in the amazing photos you post every day. Sometimes, I am so jealous that I think you plain suck!! LOL JUST kidding. LOVE YOU TONS! smooch smooch :D

  6. Ummm...should anyone look at this, did want to point out of course that "Mad World" is from Tears for Fears, of course...although I will say I like this version as well ...but just can't beat the synth in the 80's version. I actually read an interview with Curt Smith (Of TFF) who said he thought this version was far better than theirs.

So, how did you get that bumble bee one? Ha. I can just picture your face and wild read hair stck on some flowers to capture those bees. Whoa.
